Wayne and Stephanie are deeply invested in the growth, integrity, and future of the community they call home. The estate is intentionally offered to a select range of guests— including business leaders, entrepreneurs, film and television teams, and economic development partners—whose work supports the continued growth and vitality of Barrow County.

Fondly named by Stephanie’s son, Bradyn, Wayne Manor Estate honors the legacy of the late and great Wayne Tarver, the property’s original builder, and Wayne Bartlett—“our guy” and a true cornerstone of economic growth in Barrow County.
(And yes… there may also be a subtle nod to Batman.)
